Helping Athletes Stay in the Game – and Get Back to It
Whether you’re a teen chasing a PR, an adult who hits the gym between work meetings, or just someone who lives for weekend pickup games, Dr. Chad Hedges gets it. As a chiropractor with a postdoctoral Master’s in Sports Medicine—and board-certified as a chiropractic sports physician—he knows exactly what your body goes through. More importantly, he knows how to help it bounce back.
What We Treat Most
Sprains, strains, tendonitis, rotator cuff problems, overuse injuries—you name it, we’ve seen it. For many athletes, recovery takes about 4 to 8 weeks, though some bounce back even faster. Appointments typically last 20 to 60 minutes, depending on what you need that day. Every treatment plan is tailored and might include:
- Chiropractic adjustments
- Rehab exercises
- IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue work)
Credentials You Can Trust
Dr. Hedges isn’t just certified—he’s overqualified (in the best way). He’s trained in concussion care, kinesiology taping, cupping, and more. Plus, he’s SafeSport certified and has worked with pros, so you’re in solid hands.
It’s Not Just About Injuries
We’re big believers in prevention and performance. Tools like recovery boots help flush out tired muscles. Light therapy? It works at the cellular level to promote faster healing. We also do full-body movement assessments to find small inefficiencies that could turn into big problems later.
Let’s Get You Moving Again
If you’re dealing with nagging pain—or just want to stay in top form—give Peak Performance Sport & Spine a call. We’ll get you back to feeling (and performing) like yourself again.
