These prepayment package rates are discounted and available to patients who do not wish to use insurance. These discounts are legally structured to reflect:

1. Competitive UCR-based pricing relative to other local providers.
2. Pre-payment Discounts for reducing collection risk and overhead.
3. Reduced administrative burden for the provider and staff.

These package rates comply with self-pay best practices and meet federal/state compliance standards. Not available for patients using health insurance.
